"caitlin is my advisor, she has been amazing. Still working on consistency and i tend to go over my carbs so trying to use alternatives, but i'm a picky eater. i have been better at not overeating since i started logging my food, which was a bad problem of mine. i'm a ups driver, so i eat a lot on the go and it wasn't always the best choices, she helped me pick better on the go foods, and with meal prepping so i don't have to stop for fast food. she has also been a great emotional support, because in this time i have been on her team, i've had 4 people pass away in 5 months. i have struggled with staying on track, but she always has the best things to say when she knows i'm struggling. i honestly couldn't have asked for a better person to have on my side while going through it all. i know god put her in my life to bless it."
